Book your events, private parties, special occasions, meetings, and conferences at the beautiful Blanchard Community Center.

Amenities include:

• Kitchen (ice machine, microwave, and refrigerator use)
• Tables (40 - 4' x 3') and Chairs (120)
• Multi-purpose room (1,545 square feet)
• Conference room (285 square feet)
• Sound system with wireless microphone
• Indoor white string lights
• Central heating and air
• Outdoor space for activities
• Restrooms (handicap accessible)
• Total capacity 120 people

Our commercial kitchen is available for rental ($25/hour, minimum 4 hours). Proof of liability insurance and rental retainer is required.

Fee Schedule

Groups of less than 30:

• Members - $30/hour
• Non-Members - $40/hour

Groups of 31 to 121:

• Members - $45/hour
• Non-Members - $60/hour
  

Groups of 121 or more (indoor + outdoor):

• Members - $75/hour
• Non-Members - $100/hour

Weddings/Receptions:

• Members - $750/8 hours (each additional hour $90)
• Non-Members - $1,000/8 hours (each additional hour $125)

Retainer Required

There is a $500 retainer on all events.
